      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Interact with customers via inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a positive experience
      - Respond to and anticipate customer needs while navigating multiple systems
      - Build customer relationships by providing accurate information and real-time solutions
      - Identify when to escalate interactions for resolution and suggest improvements to customer experience
      - Utilize various software and web applications efficiently

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of customer service experience or equivalent
      - Experience in call centers, customer service, and/or dental insurance preferred
      - Ability to learn and apply knowledge of a broad range of benefit and claim products
      - Excellent typing skills and proficiency with desktop applications, including MS Office
      - Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, attention to detail, and decision-making skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a call center or similar customer service environment
      - Familiarity with dental insurance products
