What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate effectively with participants via phone and email, delivering exceptional customer service
- Assist participants with the enrollment and setup of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) methods
- Perform password resets and assist with account recovery procedures in compliance with security protocols
- Accurately document all user interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Identify and escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One to two years of customer service experience required
- Professional phone speaking skills
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word
- Excellent customer service skills and communication across multiple channels (email, interpersonal, written, and verbal)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One to two years of Call Center experience preferred
- Bi-lingual (Spanish speaking) candidates preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to assist other departments as needed
