      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist customers with the claim filing process, including approving and denying claims
      - Diagnose common problems with consumer electronics and provide solutions over the phone
      - Maintain detailed and accurate customer notes using the Salesforce Customer Relationship Management tool
      - Conduct repair diagnostics on mobile devices and electronics
      - Participate in the creation and piloting of new programs, documenting processes accurately

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in a customer service setting, preferably in call centers, technical support, or retail
      - Strong knowledge of repair processes for at least one category of consumer electronics
      - Ability to type at least 60 words per minute
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management tools
      - Fully bilingual in Spanish and English
      - Desire to grow into a more technical-oriented role or supervisory position
