      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver timely, accurate, and empathetic support across various communication channels, ensuring high customer satisfaction
      - Provide creative solutions that balance customer needs with business objectives
      - Accurately document customer interactions to support reporting and insights
      - Assist customers in finding suitable gear and suggest alternatives when necessary
      - Share customer feedback and trends to enhance products and processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Located within a reasonable commuting distance of the employer's headquarters in Denver, Colorado
      - 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role (email/chat/phone/social)
      - Prior inbound phone call handling experience is required
      - Experience using support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Freshdesk
      - High School Diploma or equivalent

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Shopify, NetSuite, Loop, or Yotpo
      - Interest in or prior exposure to skilled trades, apparel, or performance gear
      - Exceptional attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication skills
