      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver timely, accurate, and empathetic support across phone, email, chat, and social channels, meeting performance targets for customer satisfaction
      - Provide creative solutions that balance customer satisfaction with business objectives
      - Document and categorize customer interactions to support reporting and insights
      - Help customers find suitable gear and suggest alternatives when necessary
      - Share customer feedback to improve products and processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Located within a reasonable commuting distance of Denver, Colorado
      - 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role (email/chat/phone/social)
      - Prior inbound phone call handling experience is required
      - Experience using support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Freshdesk
      - High School Diploma or equivalent

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working for an ecommerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand
      - Familiarity with Shopify, NetSuite, Loop, or Yotpo
      - Interest in or prior exposure to the skilled trades, apparel, or performance gear
      - Strong critical thinking and independent problem-solving abilities
