What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat while maintaining professionalism and empathy
- Manage order processing and distribution, addressing inquiries related to permits, shipping, and order tracking
- Provide support for basic product inquiries and escalate complex issues to higher-level specialists as necessary
- Record customer inquiries and issues to aid in data reviews and potential product improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service and product knowledge
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma and 2-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using CRM, ERP, and phone systems
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Familiarity with product documentation and training materials
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement in customer service skills
- Experience utilizing various communication channels, including chat and email
