What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails to resolve customer inquiries
- Create new customer accounts and recommend additional products and services
- Provide information on products, promotions, returns, and order processing
- Maintain professionalism while addressing customer needs and concerns
- Collaborate with team members and internal partners to enhance customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in Washington State, Nevada, or Arizona
- Previous call center experience preferred
- Strong sales and cross-sales skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in a customer service role within a call center environment
- Technical proficiency and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency in handling customer requests
