What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide fast, accurate, and empathetic support to healthcare professionals via chat, voice, and email
- Utilize CRM tools like Zendesk and Salesforce to manage cases and maintain documentation
- Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot issues and adapt workflows as necessary
- Personalize communication and maintain a confident, helpful tone in all interactions
- Monitor trends and identify recurring issues to enhance the worker experience and improve operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluent, professional-level English (spoken and written)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support via chat or voice
- At least 2 years of experience using CRMs like Zendesk or Salesforce
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) in a work setting
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a remote work environment
- Proven track record of proactive problem-solving and initiative
- Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and practices
- Previous experience in training or onboarding new team members
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
