What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer and resolve a high volume of telephone calls and emails from customers
- Create new customer accounts and recommend additional products and services
- Address general inquiries regarding products, promotions, returns, refunds, and shipping information
- Process customer orders efficiently
- Work a set 8-hour schedule within specified hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in Washington State, Nevada, or Arizona
- Call center experience preferred
- Strong sales and cross-sales skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
