      As a Zone Manager, you will join a team that provides insights, programs and recommendations to automotive retailers related to:

      • Mobile Service
      • Pick up and Delivery
      • Online Sales Reservations
      • GuestXP
      • FordPass Rewards and Redemptions
      • Ford Guest Experience
      • Sales / Service NPS Lead
      • Ford Commitment Programs
      • Model e CX implementation


      Qualifications

      Minimum Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree
      • 0-3 years of relevant work experience
      • Willingness to travel up to 30%
      • Must have a valid and unrestricted driver's license

      In this position…

      As a Customer Experience Zone Manager, you will play an important role in Ford’s revitalization as a modern, progressive vehicle and mobility services company delivering a trusted customer experience. Candidates should have a passion for the lifetime value of a customer and be able to analyze data trends and identify trends to make recommendations to drive real-world business decisions. Ford CX embraces an audience-first mindset and way of doing business that improves customer loyalty, vehicle repurchase, as well as additional sales of vehicles, parts, accessories, and services. We are the eyes, ears and voices of Ford, meeting customer demand by delivering the right products to the right dealers at the right time and striving for continuous improvement.

      *This position will be located in the Twin Cities Minnesota area.
