Fulfillment of peripheral replacement RMAs.
Coordinate with the North American and Asia replacement teams for cross coverage as needed.
Coordinate with the logistics planners on incoming peripheral replacement stock from the manufacturer and communicate estimated times of arrival to the support team.
Create ship orders so the warehouse can ship peripheral replacements to customers.
Test “White Glove” products to make sure they are working perfectly before they are shipped to high profile customers.
Assist in documenting all new peripheral spare parts to ensure they are properly supported.
Test peripherals to make sure they are defective before shipping them to Razer Engineering.

Job Description Summary
The Customer Fulfillment Specialist must be professional, meticulous, hardworking, and must be able to think critically and problem solve on the fly. The specialist will work closely with the Customer Advocacy Support and Logistics team to ensure replacement peripherals are shipped to customers in a timely manner. The specialist will focus primarily on catering to European customers but will be trained to cover for North America and Asia customers as well.Essential Duties & Responsibilities
