- Create visuals, update data, and format PowerPoints in support of sales presentations
- Assist Customer Insights team in analyzing data to assess trends, performance drivers and identify mutually beneficial growth opportunities
- Develop knowledge of the shopper, the category and customers via internal and external data analysis (Customer POS, syndicated data, trends reports, etc)
- Assist in developing recommendations to optimize assortments, shelf space allocation and merchandising
- Help create content to support sales stories for line reviews and other key touchpoints with customers
- Support ad hoc analysis requests through gathering data from third party data sources
- Access dashboards and reports to monitor category performance and report on KPIs
- Upholds and demonstrates leadership in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities.
- This position has food Safety Responsibilities.
- Other responsibilities, as necessary.
- BA in business administration, analytics, finance, marketing or related field or 3 years equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills and a curious mindset
- High data aptitude with ability to gain a strong working knowledge in Customer POS and syndicated data
- 0-2 years of category management experience, CPG experience a plus
- Strong communication, presentation and people skills
- Strong attention to detail
