      Req#: 39291

Are you ready to shape how millions of users experience access to mobility and services worldwide? At SKIDATA, we're reimagining the customer journey across multiple digital touchpoints. We’re looking for a Customer Journey Engineer to bring clarity, consistency, and impact to our platform experiences – from concept to implementation. If you’re passionate about user-centric design, fluent in agile collaboration, and ready to drive harmonized customer flows across global markets, this is your opportunity to lead real change.

      What You’ll Do

      • Translate Vision into Action: Work closely with our Business Lead to turn ideas into tangible user journeys and interface concepts.
      • Design for Consistency: Harmonize the experience across five distinct portals and customer-facing websites (B2B, B2C, pay-later, and more).
      • Guide Implementation: Collaborate directly with developers and testers to explain and oversee how experiences should be built and structured.
      • Enable the Team: Help engineers and developers internalize customer-centric thinking and modern user experience practices.
      • Bridge Strategy and Execution: Be the go-to person for structuring digital flows and ensuring global coherence in product usage.
      • Work Globally, Stay Local: Communicate directly with international subsidiaries and stakeholders to align regional and global requirements.

      What You Bring

      • Experience in UX Design, Concept Engineering, or Customer Journey Mapping, ideally in a digital product environment.
      • Bonus points if you have experience with e-commerce platforms, shopping cart systems, or payment processing solutions.
      • A strategic, user-focused mindset with strong understanding of digital journeys, accessibility, and simplification of complex processes.
      • Excellent communication skills – you translate needs into solutions and align multiple teams around them.
      • Fluency in English – it's our team’s working language.
      • A collaborative, resilient personality – you're proactive, flexible, and comfortable in a diverse, informal team culture.

You’ll play a key part in simplifying the complexity of a platform used by entire cities around the world, bringing cohesion to fragmented systems and shaping how people interact with SKIDATA solutions globally.

      What You Can Expect

Simplify global systems, influence customer journeys across continents, and make a visible difference in users’ everyday lives.

      Enjoy Flexibility Work Arrangements
Achieve a better work-life balance with our flexible hybrid work model and adaptable schedules.
