What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze customer data to effectively segment the customer base and tailor marketing efforts
- Develop and implement personalized marketing campaigns to engage and retain existing customers
- Create and manage customer advocacy initiatives, including referral programs and testimonials
- Collaborate with sales to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities for existing customers
- Gather customer feedback and insights to enhance the overall customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, customer service, or related roles
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, customer segmentation, and customer lifecycle
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
