      DP World Logistics is seeking a Customer Onboarding Manager to drive success for our new product designed to empower small and mid-sized e-commerce businesses.

      As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers achieve success from day one. From guiding them through the onboarding process to ensuring their expectations are exceeded, your work directly impacts our company's growth trajectory.       Your responsibilities:

      • Manage end-to-end customer onboarding process, ensuring smooth activation.
      • Assist customers in setup and configuration for successful implementation.
      • Resolve technical issues promptly leveraging extensive product knowledge.
      • Provide comprehensive training to ensure clients' proficiency with the service.
      • Educate customers for immediate success with essential pointers and contextual knowledge, while solving their queries with a high degree of professionalism and efficiency.
      • Gather and act on customer feedback to boost efficiency of the onboarding process.
      • Review client applications to determine eligibility for the service offering.

      Your profile:

      • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role (B2C e-commerce fulfillment).
      • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain Management or equivalent is strongly preferred
      • E-commerce savviness, in-depth understanding of e-commerce fulfillment and the SME market.
      • High analytical focus on market trends and competitor behavior.
      • Proficient in project management, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and efficiently collaborate with diverse teams, customers and departments to ensure seamless project execution.
      • Fluency in Polish and English or Romanian and English.
      • Excellent communication skills, empathetic and patient approach to customer interactions and clear and precise delivery of product features.
      • Adept problem-solving skills, capable of effectively addressing technical issues, identifying appropriate solutions and resourcefully tackling complex challenges.
