What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide customers through the change management process to successfully integrate the employer's software into their operations
- Analyze a studio's entire creative operations holistically and examine detailed production processes
- Engage proactively with customers to identify their expectations, concerns, and needs
- Leverage technical knowledge of the software to provide value to customers
- Collaborate with team members to explore and implement AI tools to enhance efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in the Pacific Time Zone (US West Coast)
- Experience in SaaS onboarding or creative operations
- Strong technical aptitude and enthusiasm for understanding software functionality
- High emotional intelligence to effectively support customers during the onboarding process
- Proactive approach to customer engagement and anticipating client needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in creative operations or customer onboarding at SaaS companies
- Familiarity with basic AI tools and a desire to identify smarter working methods
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to change
