What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide members through the onboarding process and ensure they successfully implement the employer's services
- Optimize product utilization and guarantee customer satisfaction during the onboarding experience
- Utilize technical expertise and project management skills to support customers effectively
- Conduct demos, webinars, and training sessions while troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in fintech, payments, or banking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent presentation abilities
- Proven experience in managing multiple priorities and working with cross-functional teams
- Technical aptitude for understanding product features and customer journeys
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences

- Experience in the aviation industry
- Familiarity with tools that enable automated workflows and customer engagement
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Background in designing and supporting digital onboarding journeys
