      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own order entry and tracking from receipt through delivery
      - Ensure all customer purchase orders are entered accurately and confirmed in a timely manner
      - Monitor order progress and communicate proactively with customers on status updates, delays, and exceptions
      - Coordinate daily with internal teams to ensure on-time and complete order fulfillment
      - Track and report on service performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or Supply Chain, or equivalent applicable work experience
      - 3-5 years of progressive experience in operations/supply chain analytical work
      - High-level skills in Excel and data analysis
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
      - Strong communication skills when presenting findings to stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
      - Experience with demand planning and forecasting in a multiple DC's environment
      - Supply chain experience in a startup food company
      - Experience mining for and extracting data from QuickBooks
      - Proven track record of initiative, follow-through, and results
