What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring their satisfaction and managing day-to-day business
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Collaborate with Sales to onboard new customers and manage renewals
- Identify opportunities for business growth and cross-sell products/services
- Maintain up-to-date customer and account information in CRM while delivering performance reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a Customer Relations role or a Bachelor's Degree with 1+ years of experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred

- Associate's degree is preferred but not required
