      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Educate and support customers requesting to cancel their policy through inbound calls and email
      - Manage high call volumes while providing empathetic and efficient customer service
      - De-escalate challenging situations with professionalism and strong communication skills
      - Build authentic connections by tailoring communication styles to individual customer needs
      - Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system and maintain detailed records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer retention, account management, or a similar role in a fast-paced call center environment
      - At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
      - Proven success in retaining customers and handling cancellations
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Experience navigating multiple digital platforms and troubleshooting technical issues in real time

      - Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive or emotional topics with empathy
