What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and converting sales leads into policyholders
- Deliver personalized customer care experience via phone, email, and chat
- Provide expert insurance advice during quotes, purchases, and policy changes
- Utilize the policy management system for transactions, including policy changes and corrections
- Own efforts to deliver exceptional customer happiness and satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of call center experience interacting with prospects/customers
- Must be a Licensed Insurance Producer or obtain the license within 8 weeks of employment (training provided)
- People-focused orientation with a passion for continuous learning
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
