      Salary: £22672.00 per annum (pro-rata)
      Hours: Full Time: 40 hours per week.
      Contract: Fixed Term: Permanent
      Shifts: Fully Flexible and will be scheduled within the operating hours below
      Monday – Friday 7am – 11pm
      Saturday – Sunday 7:30am – 22:30pm

      Start Date: Wednesday 31st January 2024


      This is a Hybrid role which will require you to attend training in our Dearne Valley Office for 8 weeks, after which time you will be able to work on a Hybrid basis between Home and Office.

      The role
      As part of our Southern Water Team, you will support their customers with a wide range of, high priority enquires. Customers may be experiencing instances of no water, a drop in pressure or in extreme circumstances, flooding in their homes. You will be the person they turn to in their hour of need.

      Option to join our ‘out of hours’ standby roster for enhanced month pay which could earn you an additional monthly £200 plus £20 per emergency call.

      • If you don’t have a valid passport, or you opt out of the digital ID verification process: you’ll need to travel to one of our designated Capita offices as part of your ID verification checks before we can confirm your start date. At the office, your ID will be checked and signed off by a designated manager.
