      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond accurately and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, written communication, web, or in-person
      - Document inquiries and coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues
      - Provide feedback to management regarding customer problems and maintain records of complaints
      - Assist with process improvements and maintain departmental productivity and quality standards
      - Identify and report suspected fraudulent activities and system errors to appropriate departments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong customer service skills and ability to handle high-stress situations
      - Ability to learn and operate multiple computer systems effectively
      - Basic computer operating skills and familiarity with standard office equipment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate Degree
      - 2 years of customer service or call center experience
      - Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
