What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the advocate for members and providers, resolving inquiries and concerns
- Assess and research member and provider inquiries to initiate corrective actions
- Mitigate complaints by resolving issues during the initial contact
- Maintain performance and quality standards based on established contact center metrics
- Document all communications for quality and performance tracking
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 - 2 years of related experience in a contact center environment
- May require vocational or technical education in addition to prior work experience
- Experience interacting with members and/or providers is preferred
- Bilingual in Mandarin is highly preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a high-paced contact center environment
- Additional on-the-job training or continuous learning education
