      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond accurately, timely, and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, written communication, web, or in-person
      - Initiate or process adjustments and perform research to resolve inquiries, coordinating with other departments as needed
      - Provide feedback to management regarding customer issues and maintain accurate records of complaints and comments
      - Assist with training new employees and cross-training coworkers
      - Maintain knowledge of company policies and assist in process improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - 1 year of claims processing or customer service experience OR Bachelor's Degree in lieu of work experience
      - Basic computer operating skills and familiarity with standard office equipment
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate Degree
      - 3 years of customer service or call center experience
      - Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
