What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to caller questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding benefits, contracts, eligibility, and claims
- Thoroughly document inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis
- Coordinate with various functions within the team to ensure timely handling of Tri-care member requests and questions
- Receive and place follow-up telephone calls/emails to answer questions and escalate complex requests
- Proactively manage issues that prevent a productive work environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- U.S. Citizen residing in specific states
- Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Ability to work from home with specific technical requirements
- Predictable and reliable attendance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Call center experience
- Familiarity with MS Windows and other computer applications
