What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for 50-70 individuals daily, assisting with their healthcare needs
- Guide clients through navigating primary care physicians (PCPs), medications, and coordinating appointments and benefits
- Utilize multiple web-based platforms and tools to manage client information efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and services provided
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance operations or a related field
- Proficiency in using multiple web-based platforms and tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in healthcare, insurance, social work, or behavioral health
- Familiarity with medical terminology and health benefit plans
- Proven success in a customer service environment, especially in complex, high-volume settings
