  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage all aspects of the order cycle for assigned customers, ensuring satisfaction and timely processing
  - Build lasting relationships with customers through effective communication and proactive engagement
  - Troubleshoot order issues to ensure accurate pricing, terms, and customer information
  - Collaborate with internal departments such as Credit, Logistics, and Sales to ensure on-time delivery
  - Participate in team activities to enhance service delivery and achieve better solutions
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree preferred or a combination of education and 1 year of customer service/sales experience
  - Basic PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  - Strong customer-focused attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  - Effective problem-solving skills and ability to make independent decisions
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in a customer service role within a manufacturing or similar environment
  - Familiarity with order management systems and processes
  - Ability to work flexible hours to meet customer demands
  - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
