DHL International Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
The role of a Customer Service Advisor is to assist our customers of DHL Express with any queries they might have in a professional manner by means of calls, emails and chats. The purpose of a role is to facilitate and provide a DHL Express global customer service standard.

Main tasks and key responsibilities:

• Respond efficiently and effectively to customer queries
• Own and manage customer engagement and interaction
• Communicate positively with all involved parties (both internal and external)
• Follow agreed processes/procedures to raise and resolve customer queries

• Ordinary Level Certification education or higher
