What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer communications from customers and assist them in buying and selling cryptocurrency at the RockItCoin kiosks
- Maintain Customer experience in Genesis software with their crypto transactions
- Monitor systems including Genesis, Freshdesk, Grasshopper, and Gmail
- Provide support for customers and team in order to increase efficiency and sales
- Follow all compliance and reporting requirements to assist RockItCoin as a registered Money Services Business ("MSB")
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
- Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
- Ability to maintain calm when speaking to frustrated customers
- Experience in a customer service position or call center is a plus
- Critical thinker who is resourceful in finding solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Self-starter, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
