What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers over the phone, email, and chat with product and service inquiries
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls while providing technical support
- Proactively identify solutions to anticipated customer questions
- Take ownership of customer issues from start to finish
- Ensure each interaction enhances the customer experience beyond just solving problems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of professional experience with computer and web-based tools
- At least 1 year of customer service experience or veterinary care experience
- Ability to work from 7 am to 3 pm MT, Monday to Friday
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of relevant phone or email customer service experience
- Experience working virtually
- Background in veterinary or pet care
- Proven ability to work effectively as a team member
- Passion for animals, which is a plus although not required
