What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze incoming requests to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Communicate complex information and solutions to customers
- Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor in all interactions
- Update customer account details in multiple databases
- Act as a liaison for customers between departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Local to Cincinnati area, or in CST/MST time zone, with ability to work Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task efficiently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior call center experience is a plus
- Strong computer skills
