      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide customer service support through phone calls and emails
      - Process and verify data entry into various database applications
      - Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems for applications and rebates
      - Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to service customers
      - Troubleshoot basic issues and recommend solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalency
      - 6-12 months of related work experience in a call center environment
      - Fluent in English
      - Strong interest in sustainability and making a meaningful impact on the environment
      - Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Fluent in Spanish
      - Experience with Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Access
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
      - Previous experience in data entry processing within a customer-centric call center environment
