What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer interactions regarding billing, policy coverage, and policy changes
- Provide thorough service to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Make exception decisions to ensure customer and organizational needs are met
- Assist with peer development through information and knowledge sharing
- Attend scheduled training classes and participate in development opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service
- Basic knowledge and understanding of mathematics
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to guide customers to resolution
- Obtain property and casualty producer licenses within specified timelines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Completion of AD Banker On-Line Pre-Licensing Course for employee's resident state
- Relevant professional certifications or licenses
- Additional experience in the insurance industry
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
