Job Description

Handling inbound written customer inquiries for the leading European telecom provider and making outbound calls for further clarification or sales opportunity
Focusing on selling additional services and products
Providing quick and friendly responses to customer concerns
Analytical problem-solving and prioritization skills

Qualifications

Excellent German language skills (B2H / C1) - both written and spoken
A passion for helping customers and contributing to team success
Analytical thinking and self-motivation
BPO/Call Center experience is an advantage
