What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide quality service to credit union members to resolve problems and enhance their financial relationships
- Cross-sell credit union products and services to members over the phone
- Assist and train members in using the automated services of the credit union
- Complete account transaction requests efficiently and accurately
- Comply with all regulations as required by law and perform other assigned duties
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent
- One to twelve months of similar or related experience
- Must be MSR Certified or complete Certification within 3 months of hire
- Must complete a 30-day training period and pass assessments for 2 or more queues
- At least six months of call center and/or branch experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in credit union policies and procedures
- Basic computer operating skills and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Symitar and 10-Key
- Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
