What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with how-to questions, helping them navigate and use Daylite and Billings Pro
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Daylite and Billings Pro
- Provide billing and subscription support, answering questions about invoices, renewals, and payments
- Handle customer inquiries through email, live chat, phone, and screen-sharing sessions
- Log and track customer issues with detailed documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong technical mindset with a passion for helping people
- Deep familiarity with macOS and iOS, with the ability to adapt to new OS updates and features
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrating empathy and active listening
- Ability to balance shifting priorities while providing seamless support
- Understanding of business operations and the challenges small businesses face
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Marketcircle products, specifically Daylite and Billings Pro
- Familiarity with support tools such as HelpScout and TeamViewer
- Knowledge of technical tools like PSQL/SQLite, Graylog, Console, and Terminal
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role in the tech industry
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and initiative in addressing customer needs
