      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Maintain professionalism in communication and appearance while managing customer inquiries
      - Utilize technical skills to operate standard office equipment and manage customer interactions effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of one year of customer service experience required, preferably in banking or a financial institution
      - Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to type with speed and accuracy
      - Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous contact center experience preferred
      - Previous sales experience preferred
      - Experience in a banking or financial services environment
