What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Build and maintain customer relationships while ensuring a high level of service
- Accept ownership of customer inquiries and follow through to resolution
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues effectively
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience required; experience in banking or financial institutions preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous contact center experience preferred
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
