What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer 40-50 inbound/outbound calls a day
- Assist customers with payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage information
- Discuss Mr. Cooper customer benefits like Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR
- Assist customers that are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment
- Must reside within 60 miles from the office location

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6 months or more with customer service experience
- 6 months or more with call center experience
- Must attend the first 90 days of training
- Work schedule aligns with business hours: Monday - Thursday 7am – 8pm; Friday 7am - 7pm; and Saturday 8am- 12pm
