What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain the Parking Office and ensure excellent customer service
- Provide accurate information regarding parking services on the UAMS Campus
- Assist customers with all aspects of parking, demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanor
- Collaborate in policy and program development to enhance service delivery
- Uphold UAMS Core Concepts of Patient and Family Centered Care in all interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, GED, or formal education equivalent
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- ACIC/NCIS certification required within 6 months of hire
- Ability to communicate effectively and share complete information
- Commitment to treating others with dignity and respect
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service roles, particularly within healthcare or related fields
- Familiarity with parking management systems or operations
- Knowledge of UAMS policies and procedures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment
