      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist customers with inquiries and provide product recommendations
      - Manage sales transactions and maintain security of cash
      - Keep the store well-stocked and assist in merchandise unloading and replenishment
      - Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store, including bathrooms and common areas
      - Maintain a positive and safe environment through professional interactions with customers and team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent preferred
      - Previous customer service experience in a retail or similar environment
      - Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
      - Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and meet physical demands of the role
      - Strong customer service, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments
      - Familiarity with operational procedures and standards in a retail setting
