      Position Summary:

      - Answer customer calls professionally and accurately, providing guidance and resolving inquiries.
      - Handle escalated situations and act urgently when necessary.
      - Make outbound calls to resolve issues.
      - Interact with other departments to resolve issues.
      - Adhere to compliance requirements and standards.

      Primary Responsibilities:

      - Respond to customer calls with professionalism and a friendly tone.
      - Resolve customer service inquiries for assigned communities.
      - Investigate and respond to general inquiries.
      - Interact with other departments to resolve issues.
      - Provide first call resolution for all customers.

      Qualifications:

      - High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
      - Familiarity with computer applications and ability to learn new systems.
      - Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
      - Strong verbal communication skills.
      - Detail-oriented and organized.
      - Strong problem-solving skills.
      - Ability to follow instructions in a changing environment.
      - Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

      Preferred:

      - 6+ months of related experience.
      - Prior healthcare or insurance experience.
      - Bilingual.

      Working Conditions:

      - Normal office working conditions.

The hiring range for this position is $15.05-$18.01, and actual pay rate may vary based on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and comparison to other employees in this role.
