      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Follow up with record providers to secure copies of requested records
      - Update the MCS diary system to reflect the progress of assignments
      - Make phone calls to confirm receipt of written requests by providers
      - Prepare Excel spreadsheets as required by providers
      - Inform relevant parties of any address changes for providers or clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills
      - Strong client focus with the ability to interact with customers at all levels
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
      - 1-2 years of related work experience
      - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
