What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide information to policyholders, beneficiaries, and family members regarding insurance products
- Receive, evaluate, and respond to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of service
- Utilize computerized systems for tracking customer interactions and managing inquiries
- Promote alternative products and services based on customer needs
- Handle calls and transactions independently while escalating issues as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of customer service experience with strong transaction processing skills
- Ability to learn and retain technical information quickly
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven dependability and reliability in attendance
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills

- College degree or equivalent business/military experience
- Strong people skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Proven self-motivation and active listening abilities
- Experience in a fast-paced service center environment
