What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving service issues, billing inquiries, and product enhancement opportunities
- Own all customer interactions with a goal of achieving one-call resolution
- Utilize troubleshooting skills to assist customers in a manner that prioritizes their needs
- Actively engage with customers, exhibiting empathy and providing timely solutions in a fast-paced environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in customer interaction and problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly and apply them in real-time situations

- Experience in a customer service role, particularly in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and customer engagement strategies
