- Provide order management and customer care to the Corporate Sales Team
- Handle inbound calls and process a variety of customer service requests
- Maintain accounts and support the preparation for electronic and manual order entry
- Utilize Salesforce Management Dashboard and Customer Contact Tool for efficiency
- Organize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Extensive knowledge in order entry and customer service within CCS
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service or order management roles
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar management tools
- Ability to adapt to changing work schedules, including weekends and late hours
