What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Obtain and process authorizations for patient reorders
- Resolve patient issues and ensure accurate reorder processing through various communication methods
- Ensure patients have necessary medical documentation for billing purposes
- Maximize patient retention and cross-sell services over the phone
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address patient concerns and verify insurance coverage
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Proficient computer literacy with strong keyboarding skills
- Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
- Exceptional phone and email etiquette
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
