      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Obtain and process authorizations for patient reorders
      - Resolve patient issues and ensure accurate processing through phone and document management
      - Ensure patients possess all necessary medical documentation for billing purposes
      - Handle inbound and outbound calls to troubleshoot patient concerns and verify insurance coverage
      - Maintain confidentiality while auditing supply configurations based on documentation and requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
      - Customer service experience preferred
      - Proficient in computer literacy with strong keyboarding skills
      - Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking abilities, and organizational skills
      - Exceptional phone and email etiquette, with flexibility for evening and weekend availability

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
      - Familiarity with medical documentation and insurance requirements
      - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients
