- Create case assessments and provide recommendations to the case analyst team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of customer service experience in roles such as call center, retail, or hospitality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work scheduled shifts reliably

- College degree in a relevant field
- Prior experience in banking, accounting, or an automotive dealership
